All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer a simple flat rate shipping of R130 to South Africa.
Free local delivery is available for orders over R600.00 within South Africa.
Deliveries are made from 09:00 to 17:00 on Mondays to Fridays. The Courier Guy will contact you via text message with the phone number or e-mail address you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
In-store pickup
We do not offer pickup.
International Shipping
Please contact us should you be outside the borders of South Africa for shipping options and rates.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@biocentric.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to PO boxes
Please note: We do not ship to PO Boxes – please use your residential or work address – where deliveries can be accepted and signed for during normal office hours (09:00 – 17:00).
